The line is capable of producing both hollow and shelled cylinders, and also seamless sleeves.

Utilizing Closed Circuit Surface Test Technology and Fine Turning tools, the finishing team ensures the surface finish is at the highest standards. The finishing area also has individual polishing stations that ensure fast and accurate processing in preparation for engraving.

Print Proof Area

All images are printed on a gravure print machine with customer-provided ink and substrate to verify customer design and engraving quality.

This step also allows validation of cylinder print direction and colour arrangement before cylinder production, saving cost and time.
